At NPE 2024, ARBURG also demonstrated its wealth of experience in these areas. One focal point was energy efficiency. With its "Action Plan: Energy", which includes energy consulting, machine updates and consumption measurements, ARBURG helps its customers save resources and energy, thereby cutting operating costs in difficult economic times. ARBURG experts at the trade show booth also offered advice on managing skills shortages and increasing resilience.
Digitalization clearly outlines the way forward for plastics processing due to its ability to significantly increase the energy and production efficiency of machines and systems. The ARBURG host computer system ALS, now available in version 8.0, is a key element for digitalized injection molding production that is efficiently planned and controlled.
At NPE 2024, ARBURG showcased its comprehensive expertise in plastics processing with a total of 13 machine exhibits. A prime example of turnkey expertise in the US was a two-component ALLROUNDER MORE 2000, which produced glasses fully automatically.
