Energy consulting for more efficient production
Our energy consulting as part of a professional action plan is an important component of our ARBURG service portfolio. Especially when resources are scarce and energy costs are high, you benefit directly: On-site energy measurements and comprehensive advice are used to identify specific areas for action. The subsequent implementation of individual solutions in your company, adjustments to machines, the use of digital features and additional training can significantly reduce your energy requirements and costs. Our support extends far beyond just machine technology.

Do you want to work economically, while also saving energy? We offer individual energy consultations, including energy measurements directly on site. Based on this, we create an individual catalog of measures with detailed information and specific recommendations on the appropriate retrofits and digital solutions, as well as locally available subsidies.

Comprehensive training
Discover our special courses on energy efficiency. In our seminars, we show you how to select the most energy-efficient injection molding machine, determine the specific energy consumption of an ALLROUNDER, and exploit potential savings in the injection molding process. By request, we can also offer you practical training directly on your ALLROUNDERs on site.
Energy data for certification
For detailed energy data for certification, we offer documented and verifiable consumption measurements for new machines. Our services include: Basic, which measures the energy requirement during operation of ARBURG injection molding machines and robotic systems. We also offer the Extended version, which records the start-up and cooling phases, including peripheral devices. The Complete version also includes measurement of water and compressed air consumption, flow, and cooling power.

Upgrades and retrofits
Want to optimize the energy efficiency of your existing ALLROUNDER machines? No problem. Existing machines of all sizes and series can also be retrofitted to increase their energy efficiency. Fully insulating the cylinder, for example, can reduce energy requirements by up to 40 percent. Many ALLROUNDERs can also be retrofitted with the ARBURG AES energy-saving system.
